PROCESS; – charge deionized water in the process tank and add slurry. Start to
mix and add caustic soda. Add sles liquid, perfume, preservatives and then add
color during constant stirring. Finally add CAPB part to part and slowly while
mixing. CAPB used to viscosity more can be added if high viscosity is desired
continue to stir until mixture is homogenous and desired viscosity
homogenous and viscosity is enough process is complete.
NOTE– Amount of ingredients used in above formulation can be changed
depending condition of market.
