Silicon Emulsion 30%

PROCESS; — charge silicon oil in the process tank and add alphox 100 & alphox
200. Start to mix add water & preservatives. Dissolve silicon oil in the water
completely. Finally add thickener part to part and slowly while mixing.
Thickener use for viscosity. More thickener can be added if high viscosity
desired. Continue to stir until mixture is homogenous and desired viscosity
homogenous and viscosity is enough process is complete.
NOTE– Amount of ingredients used in above formulation can be changed
depending condition of market.
