PROCESS 1– charge light liquid paraffin oil in the process tank and add perfume, alphox 100.
Start to mix and add water and defoamer. Mix it well. Dissolve paraffin oil in the water
completely. Add aluminium oxide 200 mesh powders, aluminium oxide 300 mesh powders,
aluminium oxide 500 mesh powders and titanium dioxide powder and mix it well.
PROCESS 2- HEATING PROCESS
Take stearic acid, e-wax & alphox 200 in heating jar. Start heating till all the flakes
completely melt and become liquid. After melting mix this liquid into the process tank and
mix it well.
NOTE– Amount of ingredients used in above formulation can be changed depending condition
of market.
