PROCESS; – charge deionized water in the process tank and add preservatives
& Borax powder. Dissolve borex powder in the water completely. Add
monoethylene glycol, defoamer, and TRIETHANOLAMINE (TEA) and then add
colour during constant stirring. Finally add thickener part to part and slowly
while mixing. Thickener used to viscosity more can be added if high viscosity is
desired. process is complete. Use color 200gm.
NOTE– Amount of ingredients used in above formulation can be changed
depending condition of market.
NOTE– The above formulated product is concentrated. Concentration ratio is 1:5.
