PROCESS; – charge deionized water in the process tank and First add Hcl acid
mix it well & then add sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, sodium
metasilicate, and preservatives. Start to mix and add SLES. Dissolve SLES in the
water completely. Mix it well and process is complete.
NOTE– RATIO 1:25
NOTE– Amount of ingredients used in above formulation can be changed
depending condition of market.
