Refund and Returns Policy

TAt Cayden, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds for both digital and physical products.

1. Digital Products (Formulations)

Due to the nature of our digital products, specifically our downloadable formulations, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a formulation has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions before completing your purchase.

2. Physical Products

For all physical car accessories purchased from Cayden, we offer a straightforward return and replacement policy:

  • 7-Day Return/Replacement Window: You may return or request a replacement for any physical product within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Return Process:
    1. To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our customer service team at caydencareltd@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
    2. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return or replacement. For damaged or defective items, please include photographs.
    3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  • Refunds (for Returns): Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Replacements (for Damaged/Defective Items): If you receive a damaged or defective physical product, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, provided it is reported within the 7-day window.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs for returns (unless the item is damaged or defective) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Cayden reserves the right to refuse a return or replacement if the terms of this policy are not met.
